February National Heart Month



February is Heart Awareness Month!






Yesterday I had my annual check up with my Cardiologist,
I would encourage everyone to have their check ups.
Mine had a good report.

    Glad to hear of your good report with your cardiologist. Always a good thing! My son is now in cardiac rehab after his heart attack so he will be seeing his cardiologist at regular intervals. Have a blessed day.
