Sylvia, that must be a wonderful sight to see. And it's right on your front porch. I've heard that birds usually build their nests in places they feel safe. I think mama bird liked your house. : )
Congratulations on your new arrivals! My son's home where I'm staying has a bird house and he says that there are babies there now but I've not seen them. Probably later when they begin venturing out!
They have a protected place out of the weather there. I bet Mama won't let you sit on the porch!!!!!
