When Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt to the land God had promised them, he urged them to thank God for all he had blessed them with.
Sometimes we are so blessed that we forget where our blessings come from. We enjoy our blessings but we can forget that it is God that gives them to us and we begin to thank we deserve them.
No matter how small or large our blessing, it's not that we deserve it, it's because of who God is, not ourselves, we should always give thanks to the giver for his gift of Love.
Today I am thankful God has given me another day and has showed me his love and mercy.
In all things, not matter if it is good or not. Even when trails and temptations comes upon us, these are times that test our faith and faithfulness. We grow in all our troubles and learn of God's love and mercies.
Then we can be filled with joy and happiness.
