I drink Peppermint tea too; it also helps soothe a tummy ache. I have one cup of Green Tea daily. And I try and finish off my day with a Chamomile Tea. I think tea is great. That cup is darling! My hubby loves tea. My system just does not do well with tea at all for some reason. The tannic acid in most teas gets to me.<br /><br />I wonder if you could go "above ground" instead of digging down? My friend that has a hard time gardening anymore used a ring of cinderblocks (stones) and set them on the ground and then dumped several bags of top soil and compost between the stones, making a bed, and grows all kinds of stuff.
