UPDATE

My time away from blogging is being
so good to me, I have time to just sit
and talk with my hubby. We haven't
done that in a long time. Remembering
times when we were first married 54
and half years ago. He is doing good
with home health care coming each day
and helping him with his balance. I
know it's a long way to go, but thankful
he hasn't had any small strokes in about a
month.

I have missed everyone and praying the
day will come when I can continue blogging.

Have a blessed 4th of July week!

Thanks everyone for your prayers!
God is Good!

Have a Blessed Week!
Sylvia

Sylvia, your post has already blessed my week. I sense a contentment that is with you and your hubby at this time and hope for the future.
And I am encouraged to find the same through a few adjustments in my life. Take Care.

Thank you for this update. I guess I didn't realize Curtis was having so many mini strokes. Thankful to hear they are less than before. Praying that God will give you the strength you need each day. So glad you are having a sweet time together with Curtis. That is the most important thing right now. I am glad that we can still stay in touch via facebook, however. I will continue to pray for you each day. Please take care of yourself as well.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that I love that little doll with her 4th of July outfit. She is so cute. She looks like a Ginny Doll. Is she? Do you remember those? I have one that is very old from my childhood. Her face looks like this one.

Yes, Pamela, it is a Ginny doll.

Sylvia, I'm so sorry about your husband, but glad that he is doing better and that you are having time to sit and talk with him because of your blogging break. That is so needed at times! Praying for you and your hubby, sweet lady.

Just read on NanaDiana Takes a Break about your husband needing prayers. Just wanted you to know that I have lifted both him and you up to God asking for peace, comfort, and healing.
