LIME PIE Recipe
For those of us who would like to eat healthier and have less sugar in our diets, I got this recipe from a friend last week and it is great!
1/4 cup boiling water
2, 6 oz. Yoplait Light Yogurt
1 pkg. 8.5 oz sugar free Jello
1, 8 oz. sugar free cool whip
1 Low Fat Graham Cracker Crust
Choose the flavor you want but be sure that the Yogurt and Jello is the same flavor, (example Lime, strawberry or any flavor.)
Mix 1/4 cup boiling water with Jello with a wisk untill disolved, add other ingredients and wisk till well blended then pour into a low fat graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for 2 -4 hours or until set.
