"I will never leave you nor forsake you."
Hebrews 13:5
When I found myself in A Difficult Place this week, it sure wasn't were I wanted to be.
You see my hubby and I go on Wednesday to have our car washed in the town 30 minutes from where we live. It's $2.00 less on this day. After the people were finished with our car, I drove off and as I looked from right to left then right again, I saw a car and a semi truck coming in the distance. I had time to get into the lane but when I turned into the lane my gas paddle seemed to be stuck. I couldn't get it to go, I glanced again to see where the semi and car that was in this lane was. It was very close, so I tried again but it would only go a few inches, it seemed. I said a prayer quickly and then looked again and thankfully and praise God the car and semi had come to a stop, waiting for me to "get out of the way".
I put my foot at the top of the gas paddle and it took off. I pulled into a parking lot and got out to see what was wrong. The car wash people had put my car mat over the gas paddle and the brakes causing me to be unable to use them properly.
" I am with you always, even unto the end of the world."
Matthew 28:20
My Lord was certainly with us that day! I can't praise Him enough!
"I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee',
"The Lord is my helper....."
Hebrews 13:5,6
There are lots of people in the Bible that found themselves in a difficult place.. Abraham for one, when God asked him to sacrifice his son Issac. Abraham found himself in a difficult place.
Philip when he was happy were he was but God told him to go to Samaria, where Saul had made havoc of the church, and preach.
These difficult times enlarges our faith and brings us closer to Him.
God is with us in the bad times as well as the good times. Call on Him and Praise His Holy Name!
May your Day be Blessed!
