Tuesday Morning Coffee

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!

It is raining here today! Looks so dreary out,
but hoping it clears up.  It may be a day for
coffee and a good movie.

Looking forward to Valentine Day.

No candy for me this year, I'm trying to not
eat so much sweets.
I do love..

Roses!

I'm looking for Deserts to make,
that are low carbs.

I did make these Low Carb Peanut Butter Bites,
Monday. They are good. I love peanut butter!

Just 3 ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon Stevia sweetener
Mix together until smooth

I put about 3/4 tablespoon on a baking
sheet then baked at 350 degrees for 12 -15 minutes .
You can use a fork and flatten them.

Have a Blessed Day!
Sylvia

I’m going to try this recipe, Sylvia. I love peanut butter and am often looking for something like this for a quick snack.

I love roses too!! Your blog looks so pretty, all ready for Valentine's Day. I bet those peanut butter bites are delicious! It's raining and cold here this morning, not supposed to get out of the 40's today. But typical Texas weather, high for Saturday is 74*.

I am so proud of you for sticking to your "no sugar" quest. You look marvelous and I know you feel so much better. I am right behind you and hoping to stay off the sugar wagon. xo Diana

That looks good!

I make something similar with just a bit of coconut flour added. A little goes a long way.

Good Afternoon! I'm a little late for the "party" here...but always glad to be included. I am so proud of you...you've truly done remarkably well with your diet. I am sure it makes you feel better too. Thank you for the recipe idea. I love peanut butter in just about any form. Mostly just as it is, on toast or bread. :) with a little apple butter, or a banana!
Have a blessed and beautiful day my friend.

Sylvia, I noticed your picture on Facebook the other day and I wanted to tell you how amazing you look...40 pounds...WOW! Low carb is the way to go for me too. May I ask what mainly you are eating, well besides the peanut butter bites (which look amazing!)? I think I may just try to make some for my hubby and I!

Oh Sylvia, I love peanut butter too. I often make peanut butter cookies. And you know how much I love red roses. That's great that you're cutting down on the sweets. It's so hard at this time of Valentine's Day. Your Header is delightful. Love that tea cup and saucer. What a sweet Valentine post.

Thanks Sandi, I'll try adding the flour, they are a little crumbly.
