Proud Grandma

A few weeks ago I posted photo's that my
Granddaughter Anna took.
Yesterday at her high school's Art Show,
she won 3rd place for the one she entered.
As her grandma, of course I think she should
have won 1st place. I love this photo and that
is her Ukulele and she plays it.
Just wanted to exercise my "Grandma Bragging Rights".

Have a Blessed Weekend!
Sylvia

You have ever right to feel that way - that is definately an award winning photo! Good for her! I love any musical themes in photography.

Do you remember this really old post of my piccolos? It's still one of my fav photos:

I loved Vee's Note Card Party monthly link party, wish she'd have never stopped. Ever thought of hosting it yourself? Someone could start it up again. I know myself well enough to know I don't have what it takes. But it sure was fun!

Congrats to your grand on her win - she can be very proud! Hope she continues taking wonderful pictures! Hugs and love! ♥

Looks like a 1st place photo to me, Sylvia! 3rd place is awesome though.
That is quite lovely, I love the combination of the two together.

Have a lovely day ♡

I don't know what the other photos were, but I love this one! Congratulations to her. My sis-in-law also plays the ukulele and loves it. Your granddaughter is very talented.

Love the photo...I agree...it looks like a first place winner to me as well. She has a good eye for detail and perspective...I hope she will continue exercising this gift! Thank you for sharing it with us. Really sweet picture.

She did deserve first place. It is a beautiful photo and even more special that it her ukulele. You should be so proud of her.
