Sondra at Shabby 2 Chic & Anything Between posted on her blog "God will give you more than you can handle". I thought
"Hum, I always heard that God wouldn't give you more than you can bear" After meditating on this for a while it came to me that with every burden He allows you to bear, He always gives you the way out. We can stay in our situation and be burdened down with it, or we can call out to Him, trust Him and give it into His capable hands.
Ecclesiastes 3:3
...a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up.
Matthew 11:28-30
"Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest."
As every care and burden is lifted up in prayer, they become easier to bear.
Each of us face trails and burdens each day, our understanding will be surpassed by God's love for us.
One of my favorite chapters in the Bible is Psalm 143, it has comforted my heart and helped me along life's path. In these days of stress and uncertainty, my faith has been increased by knowing that God is faithful and will guide me as I walk with Him.
Psalm 143:8
"Cause me to hear thy loving kindness in the morning, for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way that I should walk;"
Each day is new and we experience new and wonderful blessings, let us be thankful and give God the praise and glory, for all things are of Him. Take comfort in His Love.
HAVE A BLESSED SUNDAY!

I love how God is showing you His lovingkindness throughout your journey. Thank you for sharing these encouraging words with us. Something here for all of us to ponder. Saying a prayer for you and your hubby.
Dear Sylvia...Thank you! I needed these words of encouragement. This past week has been a tough one. I sometimes find myself hiding from God rather than calling upon Him for his help and guidance...especially when I am troubled or afraid. Thank you so much for the reminders. I do love Psalm 143 too. Just wonderful. Sending much love and prayer your way, Valerie
Thankyou sweet Sylvia, these are words that I needed to hear right now xox
Hello Sylvia!
These are such wonderful scriptures! I love how God's Mercy are new every morning. And, I know he gives us only what we can handle, but I think we really need to lean into His strength more often. I don't want to carry through each burden without God's love, peace and strength.
Thank you for always being so full of encouragement and wisdom. I love how I can see God speaking through you (and through your blog).
I hope you have a wonderful week!
Hugs,
Amy
