Strawberries Cake Cookies

A couple weeks ago was my first
Grandchild's 19th birthday . My
how time flies, he has now finished
one year college!

His mother, my daughter, ( I did help her),
 made him Strawberry Cake cookies,
he loves anything and everything strawberries.

 They turned out so good!
And
Was so easy to make,
That
I have to share them!

I'll put the recipe at the bottom
of the post.

His cousin, Morgan, is quiet a good
Artist!
Johnathan wanted her to paint him a
picture for his birthday,  this is what she painted.

This is what it reads.

"Family is forever no matter how low the valley,
or how impossibly high the mountain may appear,
your family is forever."author unknown

He framed it and put it on his wall in
his bedroom.
My heart fills with joy and my eyes
with tears of how close my children
and grandchildren are. God has richly
blessed me!

Today I'm having Strawberries with
 glazed scones and Green Tea,
for my afternoon snack.

My tea cup is by Gibson, it sits on
a wall hanging given to me some
years ago by another tea sister, also
 whose name is Sylvia.
I love it!
It hangs on my kitchen wall.

Oh my those cookies look good. I have a recipe for strawberry jello cake that is similar, and we love it! I must say, that table runner is gorgeous, I love how 'old-fashioned' it is, perfect for your pretty tea cup and cookies.
