Good morning,
I hope everyone's weekend was a very good one.
I hope my blogger friends don't get tired of me bragging about my grandchildren. After all that's why they put the "Grand" in front of children. They are just that and make my life so much happier.
On Saturday we spent 2/3 of the day at the Atlanta International Convention Center where Cheerleading Competitions were held.
This is the stage and the TV screen is announcing the group that my granddaughter, Morgan, is in.
This was her first competition for cheerleading, she was in competitive Gymnastics's for 5 years .
This is her Team.
These next photo's are of her team competing.
Sorry a little blurred, I was trying to watch and take photo's at the same time. Good thing my daughter ordered a DVD, maybe I can see on it what I missed.
(Morgan on the left )
I failed to mention that she is one of the "flyer's". My heart sank every time they would threw her up, but so THANKFUL that they caught her each time. They are a great group of girls.
They won SECOND PLACE and this is one proud Grandma!
HOPE YOUR WEEKEND WAS A BLESSED ONE!
Sylvia

I love cheer competitions. I know you enjoyed your day and congratulations on second place. (My daughter cheered in middle school/high school. She, too, was a flyer until you know what happened. Then she insisted on being a base!)
Part of being a grandmother is bragging rights and I liked seeing the photos. Congrats to your granddaughter's team on second place.
She is a beautiful girl...congratulations to her and her team.
I know, first hand, how proud you are of her. And, we never get tired of hearing about grands.
I have 10 grands.....7 girls and 3 fellas...2 grands-by-marriage, a great-grandgirl and another on the way. So, we have a large and wonderful family.
P.S. I have one grandgirl cheering right now...the other that cheered is now in college.
Darling girls Sylvia... you must be very proud of your granddaughter!... congratulations to her team!... Happy Thanksgiving to you, xoxo Julie Marie

Hi sweet friend! I love hearing about your family and don't worry, you don't brag too much - is it even possible to brag too much?
Anyway, what a wonderful accomplishment for your granddaughter! I am very excited for her and for you, dear Sylvia :)
Happy Thanksgiving, friend! I am so thankful for you.

Wow, 2nd place is wonderful! congrats to her!! She really is a beauty! I hope you and your family have a very blessed Thanksgiving!
Wow! Congratulations! Of course you should brag about your grandchildren! That's your right and privilege! When I was a cheerleader we didn't have to do all that fancy gymnastic stuff. We just jumped up and down and yelled a lot! I don't think I could be a cheerleader today! (obviously not at my age! LOL) Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Awesome photos of your amazing granddaughter! You have a right to be proud!! Congrats on their win!!! I just loved the pictures of you two at the end. It's wonderful being a grandmother.
Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
