First Winter Flower

Here we sit waiting for the first Winter Storm of ice, sleet and/or Snow. Praying we don't get a lot of either!

When coming in the other day from town, as I was walking up to the door, I noticed this flower blooming! Can anyone tell me it's name? I should know but I can't think of it, guess that's what happens when you get 0ld up in age.

It's so pretty and white! It deserves a name.

Have a Blessed Day!

  1. So delicate and pretty! Is that a Narcissus? It's kin to a daffodil! I hope the weather doesn't destroy it! Seems very early for them to be blooming!

  4. It looks a little like a star of Bethlehem, but I'm not sure. Whatever it is, isn't it blooming early?!?!? Bless it's little heart, it's gonna get frozen. I jaunted to the mailbox and now I'm freezing. We're supposed to get snow, too...but it's not happened yet! Thanks for linking up today, sweet Lady. HOPE you have a great weekend.
