Happy 1st Day of Autumn

Oh September, you bring us the colors of fall,
Autumn, a time of Harvest!

Pumpkins, real or Tin.

Although the trees may not have changed their
colors yet, we long to see them waving in their
glory.

We give thanks for all your splendor!

For cooler days and nights!

"Let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not".
Galatians 6:9

Have a Blessed Autumn Day!
Sylvia

Is it just me or is this year moving weirdly fast? ;-)

Happy Autumn Sylvia. This is my favorite time of the year. I love looking at Autumn photos and yours are wonderful. There is very little color here as we are still experiencing summer weather. But the weather people promise by next week we are going to see a chilling change of weather. Have a day of blessings my friend.

Happy Fall Sylvia! Loved your pictures, they made me feel cool even though it's still hot outside. Looking forward to the 'feel' of autumn days, my favorite time of year.

Thank you! You have inspired me. I put a fall wreath on my front door and changed my tablecloth to a fall one. So far so good. Happy Fall!

I'm always sad to see summer go but we are getting an 'extension' on that season here in Chicago. It's been 94-95 degrees for 3 days now and will continue through Monday! I'm LOVING it. Sadly though, with not having rain for over 3 weeks and these hot temps, the leaves here are just turning brown and crumbly and falling off the trees. I'm guessing a colorful fall is not in our forecast!

Your pictures of the woods are pretty, Sylvia, and it looks like you are starting to decorate a bit for Fall. That tin pumpkin is sweet. This is my most favorite time of year. : )
