"The Lord will be your everlasting light,
and your God will be your glory."
Isaiah 60:19
and your God will be your glory."
Isaiah 60:19
In the world today, there's darkness everywhere,
troubles and conflict all around us.
There's hope for today found only in God!
Jesus came to give light to a dark world.
Matthew 5: 14-16
"Ye are the light of the world..." verse 14
"Neither do men light a candle, and put it
under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it
giveth light unto all that are in the house".
verse 15
"Neither do men light a candle, and put it
under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it
giveth light unto all that are in the house".
verse 15
"Let your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good works,
and glorify your father
which is in heaven." verse 16
"Oh Lord, in my darkness let me find your light,
Thank you that the darkness will not last, that you
are the light, help us to let your light shine in us,
that others may see you and come to you."
Amen
Have a Blessed Sunday!

A beautiful post, Sylvia. It is so true. Life is full of mountains and valleys...it's just being ready for the valleys that gets me! xo Diana

That was beautiful, Sylvia, and goes along with what I am thinking about for our ladies' fellowship on Thursday. Thank you for helping to confirm that for me. God is moving through our midst. We are blessed. Thank you for your faithfulness.
What a beautiful post for this Sunday. Thank God for His light and the hope we have in Him.
