Years ago a friend gave me a saucer and plate, that I dearly love, but there wasn't a teacup with it. Ever since then I've looked for one. Again my daughter, Debbie, came to my aide. I gently opened a gift from her on Christmas and there it was!! Yay my teacup! She even got the saucer to! Now I have the set, after all these years of searching, I'm so happy!
Yesterday afternoon I was feeling somewhat better and made some scones by a recipe that a friend posted on FaceBook.
They turned out so good, even my hubby loved them, and ate three.

What a beautiful set! Oh I love them. So happy that your daughter found them, for you.
Hunting for something, is fun. But finally having it, is lovely. Now you can begin to hunt, for some other item. :-)
The scones look delicious. Glad you felt good enough, to have some. Our appetite seems to be a great indication of our health.
Gentle hugs....
Happy New Year Sylvia! Oh, I love your red china! What a pretty pattern and I'm so happy you finally got the teacup to complete it. Your scones look lovely. Thanks for sharing and have a beautiful day.
