Today's word really hit home with me!
WOW! when convicted of this it really hurts.
I confess I am not the most patient person
to live with. But my hubby is teaching me
to be more patient. You see with his other
health problems, he is hard of hearing, even
with hearing aids, but sometimes I need to
repeat what I have said several times and
then even explain what I am trying to tell him.
So with this weeks words to live by so far,
Hope, Love, and now Patience should enlarge
my Faith. I have to examine myself to see how
much I've grown in this area of my life. I do pray
to grow and learn how God wants me to be and
I'm sure it isn't to be impatient.
Our desire for things to work out like we
want them to, sometimes gets us in trouble.
Tribulation gives us patience, and I don't
love troubles.
I must learn to be still and not rush into the
day or any circumstance.
After all it is His will I want not mine.
Isn't that what I pray every day! Yes, so
I must not rush into things or I will be on
my own strength not his.
So as I go on in today, I pray God sends me
joy so I can be patient in all I do. God isn't
finished teaching me yet!

Oh yes! I hear you. I am patient with others but really impatient with myself at times -when I say others I am excluding my husband because he TRIES my patience. lol
Like you, it is hard to be a caregiver and not get impatient at times. I guess it is one of life's lessons.....xo Diana

I always want to kick myself when I am being impatient. The Lord certainly has a lot to say about patience and waiting, doesn't He?
This is so good. And I needed it really bad today! I am getting impatient about moving into our "new house". It's coming soon, but I want it over and done with...but I must wait on God to do things right and in His time. Thank you for this timely reminder today. Right on time!!!!
