BLUE MONDAY

Playing  around with dishes this morning and came up with this table setting with my "Blue Willow"
dishes.

You can see the  "Pink"  violets peeking in at the top.  I bought them to take to my sister tomorrow
she has been sick and I am taking a "Basket Tea"  for her, but I'll say more about that in a day or
so., the violets just wanted to be in the picture too!

                            All ready for Tea!

I love my teapot and teacup  napkins rings!

This is a picture I got off an email that someone sent to me.  Just thought I would add it too, don't
know who to credit it to, but it fits right in!

Potted Flowers

When spring arives and it's nice outside for one to enjoy working in the yard, I love to visited the local stores and get flowers that I can pot and make my patio bloom with color.  Here are a few pictures. I try to take pictures each year and compare them to last years, then take more when they are fully grown.

HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

Teapot Plate

There's this 3 story house I love to visit near me, there is a Tea Room in it also. On all floors there is lots and lots of "goodies" to look at and buy. I found this on the third floor, it called to me "take me home with you". Of course I did!

I love the plate and one of my favorite flowers are Roses!  Got two for one, roses and teacup!

Tea Plantation

I was blessed once to go to Charleston,S.C. and visit the American Classic Tea Plantation.  I aways enjoy tea but never really thought much about how it got to my table, except from my grocery store.  It was very interesting.  Here are a few pictures I took while there.

The tea is harvested from bushes by a machine they invented.  It goes down each row over the bushes and collects the leaves, then it's taken to where it goes through several processes before becoming the tea that is used by consumers.

I bought a box of tea  from the store, there on the plantation. I really enjoyed it. I learned alot and enjoyed my visit and recommend the drive out to Wadmalaw Island, to anyone that is blessed with a trip to Charleston.

Have a Blessed day and enjoy a cup of Tea!

Children's children are the crown of old men,
and the glory of children are their fathers.

Ptoverbs 17:6

One of my most valued blessings are my children, I am blessed with three girls and they are supportive
and very loving. Today my daughter is coming for a visit, as she does one day every week.  We
live only 30 miles apart but don't get to see each other often enough as she has two children that are
active in sports and other activities and it keeps her busy.  She enjoys gardening like I do and we
love to share plants and ideas for our yards.

Enjoy this Day!
